Quick fixes may work for a time but are rarely permanent, always come with side effects, and don’t produce lasting change.

I had been fighting for my health for years: insomnia, chronic anxiety, mysterious joint pain, severe asthma, chronic fatigue – I was falling in and out of hopelessness.
