The favorite part of my business: The favorite aspect of my business is seeing my clients discover their purpose and live life to the fullest; with little to no regrets.  My life purpose is to inspire and encourage others to live out their ultimate life purpose.

Differentiators: What makes me different is the variety of coaching skills and training I bring to the table.  I have 6 different certifications and have an international credential with the ICF.  Investing the time, finances and hard work to get those certifications demonstrate my commitment to my profession and to my clients.  In addition to my trainings, one of my life’s values is being a catalyst therefore, changed lives is what drives me.

Non–Profits: I support Faith Based Ministries, Children’s Ministries and Military Non-Profits.  My heart is touched by children and our brave men and women who have made tremendous sacrifices so that we can be free.

Hobbies: I love to workout.  I do weight training and try to get Pilates in once a week.  I also love to spend time with my kids and read.

Super Power: If I could magically possess a super power, I would like it to be Healing. I’d love to provide healing to a broken world.

Last concert: Hillsong United in NYC

Idol: My mom is my idol.  She was orphaned by age 12, forced to work in child labor, lived a life of poverty and overcame every obstacle she was ever faced with.  She was light years ahead of the times: juicing and eating organic before it was cool, exercising, and living out the principles of positive psychology with only a fifth grade education.  She practiced gratitude and maintained a positive mindset until the day she passed. She was strong, courageous, kind and the most resourceful person one could ever meet.  She was a true warrior.

Favorite Movie:  I can’t select just one favorite movie.  My all- time favorites are: Last of the Mohicans, Braveheart, The Ten Commandments and The Sound of Music. The Ten Commandments was a brilliant work of art for its time and remains brilliant today. The other movies mentioned are magnificent portrayals of epic trials and triumphs.

Favorite Musician: Josh Turner – Your Man- case closed.
